Hi,
since I changed my employer and like to continue VA (for C++ only) I need some arguments purchasing VA.
I was wondering that there is no C++ only edition for VA for example.
Why it would be useful (for many) developers:
- Developers from the ".NET world" will already using ReSharper (http://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/) - there is no better tool for C#
- Native developers (C++) will only need C++, XML and HTML features for example (a C++ developer will never need VB support - and maybe vise versa )
- Developers like me (C++ and C#) will use ReSharper for C# and VA for C++
- ReSharper comes with C# and VB.NET support but customers have the choice to purchase a "C# only edition" for a lower price than the full edition (C# plus VB.NET) - BTW, a C# developer will never use VB.NET

This is an interesting thought, and I don't recall any discussion of it before. I have asked internally, to see what people make of this idea:
