When you have nothing else left to add to VA, make the Preview Changes code window nicely colored too. (This window shows when you rename something through VS and check "Preview Changes")

No setting yet, but we are considering adding a setting to close all of the files edited during the rename:

I kinda like the in-editor rename of VS now (although the option window is hideous). The VA rename is nice and well, but I dont like the mess it leaves behind with all the changed files open (is there a setting I have missed?)

I'm wondering, are you usually using Visual Assist's rename or Visual Studio's?
