Yes, after you start a new topic, use to upload an image. After posting your topic, use our request-assistance form to upload other files; include your TOPIC_ID when you upload.

Yes, you can subscribe to your own or other members' topics. When viewing a topic, use  to subscribe and  to unsubcribe. You will notified at the email address in your profile.
