When using QuickFind in the Microsoft Productivity Tools in Visual Studio 2010, if I search for a function e.g. "main(", Visual Assist will put () around the first occurance of "main". How can I disable this key mapping? I'm using v 10.6.

thanks,
Bill.

I am seeing the same effect here. Thank you for the clear description.

There is some form of conflict happening between VA and Productivity Tools. This does not always happen for me. For now the work around is to avoid searching for ( if possible, or to undo the edit after it has happened.
