I just installed Visual Studio 2010 and VAX pops up two tip of the day windows a few seconds apart. I have tried uninstalling VAX and reinstalling to no avail. I'm using v10.7.1903.0 and have not tried an earlier version with this Visual Studio install. |

The second tip of the day window has been fixed in VA 1906:

Good. Hopefully that will be very soon, because often the second tip of the day causes Visual Studio to hang, and the only solution is to kill Visual Studio. This causes me to lose all my unsaved work if I have multiple Visual Studio projects open. VERY frustrating! |

Unfortunately this is a known problem:
