bug: VA_X treat a macro as a function and function is missing in the list
macro is defined:

That list is generated by Visual Studio, not by Visual Assist.
I was able to reproduce your problem, it is indeed missing from the Visual Studio list for me as well, but it is listed in Visual Assist's list for me.
Just press alt+m or open the upper-left combobox to see that list. |
