Test case R1
Select class Rename1 in Rename.cpp for renaming and unrelated class Rename1 in Rename2.cpp is selected for renaming.
The two classes are local classes in unrelated source files and should not be linked together.

I am seeing the same effect here. Thank you for the clear description.

VA can be confused by duplicate names, which is something we are aware of, but its not the easiest thing to fix.
