VS becomes very slow when VAX is enabled. Typing is slow (1-2 sec delay), scrolling through a file is painful (sometimes up to 10+ sec delay) and switching to another file can take up to 2 sec. It gets to a point where it is just too frustrating to use. All these problems go away if I disable VAX.

Posted - Aug 01 2014 : 11:26:48 AM VA 1901 is a fairly old version now, we have tried to speed things up and make them more efficient since then. Can you please try downloading and installing VA 2043 and see if this makes any difference:
