Missing the opportunity to get the context menu of Visual Assist by clicking the right mouse button on the "left the kerb" editor in Visual Studio 2013.
How to fix?

In Visual Studio 2008 all OK

To close or remove the context menu, just press the Escape key, and it will be closed. Nice and simple

After assign shortcut to the command VAssistX.OpenContextMenu with the context menu all OK.
But how do I remove it without selecting something in the context menu? :)

Unfortunately this does not work any more, due to changes in the IDE in VS2010 and above.

However, if you still want to open the VA context menu then you can use the IDE options dialog to map a keyboard shortcut to the command VAssistX.OpenContextMenu in the text editor.
