VAX version 10.9.2052
VS Version 12.0.31101 Update 4
When I drag an editor window outside the main one to have it on another screen, VAX becomes unstable and crashes after a few minutes if I try compiling the code o calling the VAX autocomplete box.
I'd like to report more useful information but I don't know how to gather them.

Can you please go to:
VA Options -> System Info -> Copy Info
and paste the details (from the clipboard) into your reply. This will give us the basic information about your setup.
Does this happen very quickly? Are you seeing any warning signs, before the crash? Do listboxes work normally for a few minutes, or do listboxes stop working as soon as you have dragged the editor window outside to make a new floating window?
So far I am not seeing any problems when doing this, I am testing Windows 7 64bit, VS2013 Update 4 and VA 2052.
Next time this happens, can you please try and grab a mini dump of the crash? This FAQ entry explains how to do this:
