I have installed Visual Assist on VS2022, but I can't see it in the view window. Even if I uninstall and reinstall it, it still can't return to normal. |

Firstly, is VA being listed in the:
IDE Extensions menu -> Manage Extensions
dialog? This will tell us if it has been installed successfully. If it is listed, is it shown as enabled or disabled? If it is shown as disabled can you please enable it, which will require an IDE restart.
If it is already shown as enabled, can you please try turning On the setting:
IDE tools menu -> Options -> Environment -> Extensions -> Load per user extensions when running as administrator (Restart of Microsoft Visual Studio is required)
and restarting VS2022. Does this make any difference? |
