Posted - Aug 01 2023 : 05:32:37 AM I just downloaded the (https://aws.amazon.com/porting-assistant-dotnet/ or https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=AWSPA.AWSPortingAssistant2022) AWS Porting Assistant for .NET 2022, which causes some weird interference with VA - although syntax coloring is active and all other VA features work, the VA navigation bar disappears on all editor windows. Uninstalling it, restored all VA functionality.

Posted - Aug 01 2023 : 09:19:49 AM Strange, VA is still inactive for me in C# files with 2488 as well. Clearly the same bug, but obviously something else is going on as well. Still, we know the main trigger is this second extension, so thank you for that. |

Posted - Aug 01 2023 : 07:40:30 AM Which version of VA are you using?
With this extension installed, version 1.3.3.0 with VA 2491.0 VA is basically fully disabled in C# files for me. No syntax colouring, no VA Outline, no Find References.
I have tried a couple of older versions as well, at random, but the same results for me.
