Posted - Jan 21 2024 : 10:40:16 AM C# is working Well but any features does not activate in C++ (exclude : Find symbols, open file in solution). I was pressed current feature's shortcut but not working.
I do not know Visual Assist problem whether Visual Studio problem.
In C++, any menu is not activated, regardless of normal VC++ and Unreal Engine. I tried key mapping manually, but it doesn't activate or work.
I have tried: - manually key mapping - close Visual Studio & removing .vs folder & re-open Visual Studio - Reboot - update Visual Assist (2502 -> 2508) - re-install Visual Assist.
Now I am using this versions: - Visual Studio 2022 17.8.5 - VA_X64.dll file version 10.9.2508.0 built 2023.11.24 - Windows 10 Pro 19045.3930

Posted - Jan 22 2024 : 07:06:15 AM Can you please look in the dialog:
IDE Extensions menu -> Manage Extensions
and see if you have the extension "AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio 2022" installed. If so, can you please disable this extension. This will require an IDE restart to take effect. We have just come across a bug that causes this behaviour when you have both VA and the "AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio 2022" extension installed and enabled in VS2022. So far disabling the AWS extension has fixed the problem, so I am hoping this will help you as well.

If you don't have this extension installed, can you please press the button:
IDE Help menu -> About Microsoft Visual Studio -> Copy Info
and then paste the results into your reply here. THis will list your installed extensions, in case another extension is a factor. |
