Just got a spinlock, here is the callstack

vs2003, c++, single cpu w/o HT
Seems like it's reproducible. Opening wxWindows-2.4.2\\include\\wx\\event.h scrolling and ALT-G-ing a bit produces after some mins this spinlock.
