Build 1532 has better support for COM smart pointers. |

Posted - May 23 2006 : 4:18:28 PM any public beta with a version number 15xx will hold the refactoring code, it is coming, i promise. it just needs the bigger kinks working out of it first. |

Posted - May 23 2006 : 10:03:12 AM Look for it in the next public betas ;) |

Posted - May 23 2006 : 03:31:44 AM It is so interesting if the refactoring is available in next version. |

Posted - May 10 2006 : 3:11:49 PM a lot of bugs are being fixed in the 15xx versions, which is currently the main code stream. some bugs are being moved into the 14xx stream, but not all bugs are suitable for this, depending on how much code was changed, etc.
not ideal i know, but for what it is worth bugs are being fixed. hopefully 15xx will reach public beta soon then you, and everyone else, will have access to the fixes. |

Posted - May 10 2006 : 10:08:54 AM Bugs are still being fixed look at 1445, that was bugs only. There are also some other bugs that have been reported that are fixed in the interal betas. |

Posted - May 10 2006 : 09:24:24 AM Guys, as much as I love to see new features, what about bugs that are still open? There are quite some bugs that I reported last millenium and that are still open. Not even to talk about the ones i didnt report yet (actually no time, but I can tell you there are loads of minor problems with C# and in general under VS2005). |

Posted - May 08 2006 : 2:58:13 PM bugfix i was able to reproduce some smart pointer problems, described in
case=997
this is still outstanding at the moment.
so far there are no new options in 15xx, but the curly brackets were rather contentious.

Posted - May 07 2006 : 12:20:21 PM There are some bugs listed for fixing with Alt+G bugfix, can't coment on smart pointers don't use them too often. case=898 hasn't been resolved yet not sure what the priority on it is. |
bugfix |
Posted - May 07 2006 : 04:22:59 AM Well I couldn't pin it down to something specific, it's just that ALT-G and autocompletion of smart pointers doesn't work as good as in 1301 esp. w/ ATL/WTL. Which is why I've switched back to 1301 long ago plus the borked curly brackets:)) Will there be an option in 15xx for old curly brackets behaviour?

Posted - May 06 2006 : 4:54:25 PM bugfix are there outstanding template bugs that you have not reported yet? overall the new parser seems to be an improvement, at least from my point of view. however it does have some more problems than the one one with Qt *sigh*
John, the new version is currently being tested by a few beta testers. to be honest i cannot give you a sensible time scale, but my personal guess would be a a matter of weeks. there is still a lot to do with the new refactoring features, but they are coming along well. |

Posted - May 05 2006 : 04:09:39 AM please no new parser instead get current one stable esp. in regards to template handling:)

Posted - May 04 2006 : 3:52:11 PM it might go faster if a certain Sasa would stop posting bug reports
although that might also have an effect on the final quality |

Posted - May 04 2006 : 11:14:11 AM ravensOrb, you are going to like the new features :)
Trust me, the WholeTomato team is working very hard on the next release. |
