Hello,
open a new project (c++)
open two files
switch between the two files
lose 2 handles on each switch
can watch this on the task manager.
I have to close visual studio every 3-4 hours do to this problem. It also limits usage to at most 3 visual studio running at once and limits the number of processes I can run.
