The menu button that appears when I hover ove a symbol seems a little too small. I easily overshoot the button and then have to go back and hover again and try to get that small button again. Can you make it a little bigger?

In 1525, the button allows more overshoot before closing.

An alternative to the floating button is to display the VA context menu and then press R to open the Refactor sub-menu.

Another alternative is to create your own top-level menu in the IDE (Tools|Customize|...) - but note that VC6 doesn't allow addins to enable/disable menuitems (they are always enabled - VA will put up a msgbox if you invoke a command that it would like to have had disabled given the caret placement, etc).
