VS2005, C#
Rename (and thus Find References too) is missing items in the Settings collections. (Files Settings.settings and Settings.designer.cs)
Also missing are references in the resource files (.resx) and all the .designer.cs files.

Aha! figured out where those were. Still new to C# so was looking for the Settings.settings stuff ;)
I was able to reproduce it, though kind of interesting my Properties class Properties say I can't do any refactoring ;)
