how can I get the 'help', the online-documentation and online-glossary on a pc, which is *not* connected with the internet?

Posted - Oct 03 2006 : 10:10:39 AM as a short term fix you could use a website downloading program to save the documentation as a set of local files, and then copy them to this machine. personally i use:
http://www.metaproducts.com/mp/Offline_Explorer_Pro.htm
which has a 30 day trial version available. this should produce a single directory tree that you can simply copy to a new computer and then browse with your web browser. |

The task is on our list of things to do.
