Posted - Nov 02 2006 : 07:26:55 AM The difference is more obvious when we are running a longer series of beta releases. When the 15xx builds were first posed they were all beta versions, so the refactoring bug reports generally went to the beta forum and the bug reports about 1438 went to the general release section.
Short of moving the threads from one section to another (something I have done, but only very rarely since it can cause confusion) we rely on people posting to the right section, which they generally do |

However, I, for one, endeavor to address a problem no matter whether it is under the correct forum or not.
Build 1540 is labelled "Release Candidate" so you could argue that either place is appropriate. |
