Create Implementation not available for ctor if there is a space following the class name. E.g:
class A
{
public:
A();
A ();
void b ();
};
Refactor on first ctor allows:
Add Similar Member to A
Create implementation
Extract Method
Refactor on second ctor allows:
Add member
Extract Method
Refactor on method b works the same as the first ctor, despite having a space following the method name.
