Posted - Mar 16 2007 : 07:46:17 AM I recently purchased the license for VA X. I was told in the mail to download the software from http://www.wholetomato.com/downloads. There are two version I could see in that :- Visual Assist X 10.3.1548.0 Visual Assist X 10.3.1544.0
Which one I should install?
I tired to install the first one and to my surprise it never asked me the license key, why is that? Did I download the right one?

Posted - Mar 16 2007 : 4:54:57 PM VA initially runs in trial mode, but eventually it will start asking you for your key. Or you can just enter your key now, as rhummer says.
The different builds, the general advice is to install the newest general release build. The release candidate or beta builds are made available for people to try if they want, but sometimes they are not as polished as the general release builds, but they do contain the latest bug fixes and features in development. |
