On installation, I now only have to tell it "No" and to leave my settings alone one time!

Last time I installed VA it asked about resetting both VS2003 and VS2005. The only time it does not ask me is when upgrading from 14xx to 15xx, when a reset is required.

I agree with Sean, this is a little unexpected.

hmm - I think it will still ask about resetting each IDE? Maybe that changed...

It did get better in the autotext department. It should not prompt if there were no changes in the default autotext. But that prompt occurs when you first start an IDE instead of at install time like in older builds.
