WinXP SP2, VAX 1555, Visual Studio SP1

Sometimes when I use Visual Studio's undo feature the VA Outline desynchronizes from source code. When I use "Select in Editor" Outline selects wrong lines in editor.

Note: when I press undo, the VA Outline selection changes, so some refresh may occur. Maybe the problem is that outline refreshes itself before the undo completes. Does this make sense? Unfortunately I do not have pattern to always reproduce it.

Have you noticed something like this?

I just encountered the same effect by accident here, when I use CTRL-SHIFT-T to swap two lines in the editor. This is not triggering a refresh in Live Outline when I swap the order of two items in a class.

Are you using "other" methods to edit / re-order the code? Simply typing in the editor triggers Live outline to refresh for me, so I am wondering if given this clue you can work out what command / commands you are using that are not triggering an update.
