Cannot read russian comments in Find Reference Results's Tooltip.
All such characters look the same.
Also, the last line in tooltip "File: xxx" displays the same wrong characters in place of folder's name containing national characters.

AFAIK, unicode is using in tooltips. Text from source must be converted to it.
There wasn't such error in 10.2.xxx, but present in 10.3.x |
