I have VA X 10.3.1561.0 (built 2007.09.13) installed to work with VisualStudio 2005 on my Windows XP x64, and most of the times I feel its not working. It fails to complete the local variables, functions, it doesn't show the prototype of the function I am trying to call, alt+G (go) on a symbol doesn't work. Basically it looks like VA stops working momentorily. For sometime everything looks to be working fine and for some time its just stops.
Of course I have the VS2005 Intellisense also running

Posted - Oct 30 2007 : 12:35:57 PM Can you try installing the 1614 beta version, and see if this helps?
You say "VA stops working momentarily" - does this mean it starts working again after a while? Can you run a CPU monitor, and see if these pauses are caused by CPU spikes?
