Visual Studio 2003, C++, VA 1624

I have been experiencing this issue for quite a while over latest releases (perhaps i didn't notice that before, but it was there).

Sometimes (but relatively often) after i go to a method by Alt-G, VA is not running in a new window (text is colored, but method signatures are not shown and Alt-G doesn't work). Recently i have found a workaroud: switch to another windopw and go back at once, VA works again then.

By saying "switch to another window" i mean another window with code inside VS. I switch by Ctrl-Tab.
