Posted - Feb 08 2008 : 3:55:51 PM If I have a namespace defined and then attempt to use it like:
"NamespaceName." (should be "NamespaceName::"), the suggestion listbox will appear. A nit yes, but it would be nice if it would only appear when the proper syntax was used.
Thanks

Posted - Feb 09 2008 : 11:10:16 AM That is an interesting idea, I have put in a feature request to see what our developers make of it:

Posted - Feb 09 2008 : 10:53:11 AM If you are seeing a suggestion listbox then these appear at a various "odd" times, by design. They appear when ever VA has something to offer that it thinks might help. If you are typing a similar piece of code, or accessing a commonly used member of the namespace, then this might actually be quite useful, since you can accept the suggestion and then change the dot to :: |
