If I start a "drag n drop" of a function in the VA Outline window, and then drop it at the same position (a "forbidden" sign is shown), the scrollbar at the bottom is updated with strange values. The scrollbar is positioned at the left, but the window is not!

I know this forum is "old" and not that fancy, but it does its job well. There are a couple of standard approaches to posting pictures. I have added an FAQ entry for this, since the point does come up now and then:

You should upgrade your forum to support uploading images :/

In cases like this screen shots would probably help. Draw a couple of arrows, or highlight the problem area, to show rather than try to describe. This is what I often do when filing bugs

I actually spent a few moments to figure out how to explain it, and then gave up

It took me a few moments to figure out what you were seeing, and I am seeing the same problem:

case=13121

Easy to see, but a little tricky to explain clearly
