If u want to rename a template argument in a template class or method, all symbols and strings matching the argumentname will be listed in the rename-dialog.
Also auto-complete doesn't work for template arguments (not every template-argument is named "T"...). |

Template arguments not being suggested is a known problem:
case=8462
I am seeing the same problem here with renaming template arguments here. Thank you for the clear description.
