Hello all,

I am using VA 10.4.1626 on WinXP with VC 6.0.

After pointing to a variable and triggering the finding reference command, I would like to save all found reference results to a txt file.

How can I do this in VA?

Thank you
-Daniel

You can copy text from find references results. Just right click on any item and select copy. If you do this on a file path, all references in this file will be sent to the clipboard.
Currently there is no way to do this at once.

Alternatively some form of macro system might work well. You can press Delete to delete a file and all of its results from the Find References Results list, and then use CTRL-C to copy the next block. You just need a program to send keyboard events to the IDE.

I know its not an elegant solution, but with the right software it is easy to do.
