VC6, Vista OS, OS username is Chinese, VA Snippets is unusable, it never gives me autotext.
I found the configuration file of VA Snappets locates in the user data folder,
so I think the problem is due to my Chinese OS username.
This bug was found in 1626, and not be Solved until 1640.
We are looking forward to the next new version...

The solution is to tell VA to store its symbol database in a different directory, as explained in this FAQ entry:

This is case=6044 and it is marked as fixed internally. It needs additional testing, but if everything will be fine, it can appear in a near beta. |
