 typedef's in #define's aren't recognized

Here is a minimalistic example


class foo
{
	void bar(){}
};

#define goo typedef foo zoo;

goo

int main()
{
	zoo z;
	z.
}


zoo isn't recognized as a type, and code completion at 'z.' doesn't work.
