VAX 1649.
I've read about this issue before. When you have a LOT of files open in the IDE, the OFIW dialog becomes incredibly slow.
It takes ~5 seconds for the dialog to show when I have 50+ files open.
What's going on? |

You should turn on
"Show only files in the current solution"
in the OFIW dialog. When you turn this off, Visual Assist will search in the filenames of the opened files also, which can be slow if a lot of files has been opened. |
