Alt+M doesn't see macros. Is it feature or bug?
"Find Symbol" works perfect and finds any symbol I want.

Do you use VA Outline?

VAssistX -> Tools -> VA Outline

Outline lists all symbols (even defines), and you can navigate to them by double click, or you can even reorder them by drag and drop.

Alt+M is designed to list methods in file.
