variable of generic type in C# is not parsed.

my version is 1709.

this is an important problem. if variable is not recognized in VA, all refactoring feature and coloring don't work.

This is a regression, refactoring is offered for me on this variable in VA 1649, so you may want to consider downgrading to VA 1649 for now, until we fix this.
