I would think you could insert a snippet in just about any file.
Thanks,

Posted - Mar 24 2009 : 3:38:23 PM I suspect because VA does not know a .config file is an XML file.
Personally I see no reason to expect it to be an XML file. I am used to seeing configuration files in all sorts of random "plain text" formats, all those years of using UNIX systems |

Posted - Mar 23 2009 : 1:26:42 PM Thanks a lot. It's working great now.
Just curious, why is it using the Text snippets instead of XML snippets?
Thanks,

Posted - Mar 23 2009 : 1:00:04 PM Is .config included in the list:
VA Options -> Projects -> Extensions -> Extensions to ignore
? If so then this will be why insert VA Snippets is disabled.
If you remove this extension from this list then VA will offer you Text snippets in .config files. |
