 Installing VAX changes a VS option

I'm pretty sure that it happened with 1731 and the current release.
What happens is after I install VAX it seams to reset or change the following option in VS 2008 Options:

Text Editor-HTML-Format "Insert attribute value quotes when typing" is unchecked. I know for sure it was checked before installing 1734 a few minutes ago.

Not a huge deal, but it is also changing other things that I'm not noticing?

build 1810 contains a workaround for case=31894
