I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it is very inconvenient feature from my point.

Usually I select item from suggestion list box using arrow keys, but some times I have to use Tab key. I need it when item is framed, but not highlighted. The framed item behaves different from highlighted: it can be selected with Tab only and there is no way to highlight it and use Enter as usual (pressing Down or Up highlights the next or previous item).

I can make a screen shot if it helps.

This is good news

The suggestions are supposed to be fairly accurate, but since VA is effectively trying to second guess you we cannot be to pushy about our suggestions.

Thank you. Funnily enough I want a half or more of 'unwanted' suggestions.

This is by design, since we are trying to stop the new scoped suggestions getting in the way. I have put in a feature request for a setting to make sure these suggestions always have full focus:

I have a little bit different situation than described in the link above. (Please follow the direct link if you can't see the image)

Here you can see a framed item Vector in contrast to simply unfocused items in the FAQ link.

I followed that link but I didn't find neither ListboxSelectionStyle nor SuggestionSelect values under HKCU\\Software\\Whole Tomato\\Visual Assist X\\VANet8 key. I tried to create a binary value ListboxSelectionStyle = 02, but I didn't see any effect (I closed IDE, made registry changes and reopen IDE).

This is by design, since it happens when VA is not certain that you want the suggestion, so it does not have focus, to stop the listbox getting in the way. If you set the registry key given in the FAQ entry does it help?
