With the new Suggestion list behavior in build 1734, the default is not to dismiss the list on key up at top and key down at bottom. This causes problems when the method parameter IntelliSense is also on, because it cannot be changed between overloaded functions by exiting the suggestion list at the top or bottom then changing to another overload.

Another issue is that clicking once on [1 of 2] should change once, not many times while the mouse button is down. This also makes changing between overloads difficult.

About closing suggestion listboxes, you find the solution here:

The another issue, I'm not seeing this effect here using 1738. Just to clear up: is your parameter info changing its state while you are holding the left mouse button down? Is this a new effect as well?
Can you please try to install 1738 just to see if this helps?
