10.5.1738.0
VAX thinks there are two parameters here when using Refactor Document Method.
/// <summary>
///
/// </summary>
/// <param name="SortedList<int"></param>
/// <param name="complicated"></param>
/// <returns></returns>
void Function(out SortedList<int, List<decimal>> complicated )
{
complicated = new SortedList<int, List<decimal>>();
}
