I install russian dictionary as described in http://wholetomato.com/products/features/misspelled.asp, but VAX continue underline russian words anyway. For most words VAX not suggest any variants, for some words it suggest something strange. For example:

I use Windows Vista Home Premium Russian with SP2 , Visual Studio Standard Russian with SP1, and Visual Assist X 10.5.1738.0

I solve this problem! Recommended in http://wholetomato.com/products/features/misspelled.asp russian dictionaries from http://lingucomponent.openoffice.org/ is in KOI8-R encoding. I convert them in Windows-1251 encoding and all work!

Unfortunately, spell checker has problems with Unicode characters:
