I've noticed that when I have Visual Assist X (10.5.1738.0) for C++ turned on in VS2008, the context menu that pops up for my breakpoints does not include the conditional options such as Location, Condition, Hit Count, Filter, and When Hit.

VA Options -> Advanced -> General -> Enable Context menu upon shift+right-click in margin of text editor
