I have a problem with Find References where symbols from other contexts are appearing the in results. Is there a setting I am missing, or is this a bug with 1626?

Yes, it can be the problem. This FAQ entry may help with this:

Is this improves the situation?

I am using C++, but not boost. We do have a few macros that call other macros. Could these be the problem?

Find References is supposed to show results from the same context. However there are edge cases, where VA cannot recognize the context, typically when dealing with compex code. When the context is unrecognized, VA shows a question mark icon in the Find References list.

If you can post some example code where it fails, I can investigate the problem.

In case you are using C++, do you use any complex macro or template code? (i.e. boost) Macros that define symbols, or macros that call other macros, etc.?

Anyway, you can try our newest version to see if this helps:

You can do this even with expired license, for 3 days.
