Hi,
Is there an option to find folders in a solution similar to find file in solution? Due to the nature of my work I usually have a large number of folders with the same file name. The contents of the file changes based on the folder name. So what I am essentially looking for is to open or navigate to a particular folder rather than a file. Is there any option to do this in Visual Assist?

Currently no, VA does not have this feature.
Are the folder names in solution explorer related to the full file paths? VA's Open File dialog does show the full path for each file in the dialog, and including \\ in the filter string lets you search the path. See "Filtering on Path" here:
