I just updated VA few minutes ago and now whenever the cursor ends up on a symbol, the color for that symbol changes in the whole file.
Moreover I have a black background and I cannot distinguish the symbol since it written white on white.
Is there a way to disable that feature?

I guess you are seeing this feature:
VA Options -> Advanced -> Refactoring -> Automatically highlight references to symbol under cursor
Alternatively you can change the color for this feature here:
Tools -> Options... -> Fonts and colors -> VA X Find Reference
and
Tools -> Options... -> Fonts and colors -> VA X Find Reference (Modified) |
