 VA is confused by this usage of namespaces. It incorrectly thinks the "Doo" in main() refers to the class Howdy::Doo, not the namespace Doo.
 
 This situation occurs quite a bit in our project, due to using apis from multiple vendors, and really hurts VA's usability.
