Seen in 1830 and 1832 on VS2010 (probably earlier versions too, but just noticed this problem today):
At the top of the scrollbar on the right side of the code window is a handy little window splitter. Drag it down and the current code window splits into two horizontal frames, allowing you to view two sections of the same code file.
ok, while the window is split in two like that, click on the bottom window, then click on the top window (it appears for this bug to activate you have to give each window focus at least once).
ok, now just drag the splitter back up all the way to the top, and the two code windows merge back into one.
Notice also that the Nav bar is now gone, and a gray rectangle appears where it was.
With this bug, the only way I have found so far to bring the nav bar back is to close the code window it has disappeared on, and reopen it.
Thanks, Mark.

case=50330
This is a bit nasty. Thankfully it seems to be VS2010 specific, which is one small piece of good news.
