I am using VA 10.6.1837 and it seems that HTML files (extension is .htm) are completely ignored by the spell checker? How can I enable spell checking for HTML files?

Thank you very much! Looking forward to see a fix for VS2005 and VS2008 :o)

I am seeing the same effect here. The context menu only works with VS2010. I have put in a bug report for this:

case=53080

Also added a bug report for spell checker does not work inside HTML "strings" (quoted texts):

case=53081

It seems underlines are working in string for me:

You can start spell checking via the following menu item in html files:

VAssistX -> Tools -> Spell Check...

We are considering enabling spell checker underlines as well:

case=560
