I can't uninstall or disable VAX.

My problem progressed like this:
  • Installed beta beta version of Visual Studio 2010.
  • Installed 30-day evaluation version of VAX.
  • 30-day evaluation period of VAX ended.
  • Uninstalled beta version of Visual Studio. After uninstalling it some garbage files remained in the install directory, I didn't remove them.
  • Installed full version of Visual Studio 2010 in the previous install directory

Now I can't uninstall VAX, there is no uninstall item in the "Add/Remove Programs" list. Every time I start Visual Studio I get a pop-up windows saying that VAX is disabled since evaluation period is expired.

How do I completely uninstall VAX?

Versions
--------
VAX: I don't know, but it was the latest version 4 months ago
VS: 2010 Ultimate
Windows: Win 7 x64 Ultimate

EDIT: I remembered that evaluation time was up before uninstalling the beta version of VS. I'm editing the steps.

In Visual Studio 2010, addins can be uninstalled via the extension manager:

Tools -> Extension Manager...
